Just imagine...you walk out your back door...board your 34' fishing
boat and within
minutes you're at the intracoastal...a few minutes more and you're at the sea
buoy! You drop a couple
of lines and watch out!---the cobia are biting! You've landed a
few big ones...that's enough for one
afternoon.
You head home, get cleaned up, and decide to take the boat out
again... this time for a sunset cruise over to the Fernandina
Beach Historic District. After an incredible dinner at Bret's
Waterway Cafe,
you take a stroll along Centre Street and do a little window shopping. You pick up an
Amelia Island Living magazine,
and as you browse through it, you think to yourself...."Gosh, this is a wonderful place to live!"
You reach O'kane's Irish Pub and boy is it ever hopping...Davis must be playing tonight.
If
quality of life is what you're interested in, please invest the time to truly understand what the
combination of Egans Creek deep water access, Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island, Jacksonville and northeast Florida
in general have to offer. And as they say, a picture tells a thousand words...so please take the time
to browse through the maps, waterway charts and photos...you'll be glad you did...and we bet that you
will consider this 4000+ square foot home on Egans Creek the most unique, beautiful, and intriguing property
presently on the market in the Amelia Island area.
